www.lawhelp.org LawHelp helps low and moderate income people find free legal aid programs in their communities, and answers to questions about their legal rights." Areas include housing, government benefits, consumer, disability, and family law.

www2.law.columbia.edu/lda/ Legal Aid Society Community Technology Website. This site contains important, user-friendly legal information about housing, benefits, education, employment, and domestic violence.

www.nycbar.org Website for the New York City Bar Association, which includes a legal referral hotline that helps callers who are not eligible for free legal assistance find representation on most types of legal issues. Also includes information on the City Bar Justice Center, another group that provides free legal help to income-eligible individuals.
